Abstract
The theme of this conference is the Cross Applications and Cutting-Edge Issues of Analytic Number Theory and Automorphic Representations. Analytic Number Theory and Automorphic Representations are core fields in modern number theory, and they are profoundly connected through the Riemann Hypothesis, the Langlands Program, and other key concepts. Together, they provide important tools for understanding the deep-seated structure of number-theoretic objects.
This conference will mainly invite actively engaged young scholars and a number of senior scholars from around the world. These scholars have long been engaged in research on automorphic forms and/or modern analytic number theory, and have made contributions in areas such as the Langlands Program, the (Beyond) Endoscopy Program, (local) converse theorems, and/or the subconvex bounds of L-functions, mean values, and their arithmetic applications.
The conference will discuss the latest progress in the following directions:
Subconvex bounds and mean value problems of L-functions on higher-rank groups;
Spectral reciprocity formulas and their applications in L-function-related problems;
Classification of local representations on classical groups, the Local Langlands Correspondence, and their connections to analytic number theory problems;
The Automorphic Descent method;
Trace formulas and their applications;
Latest progress in multiplicative number theory and probabilistic number theory;
Algebraic exponential sums and their applications in analytic number theory-related problems, etc.
