The 2025 Symposium on Number Theory and Arithmetic Geometry is a premier international forum devoted to exploring groundbreaking advances in these fields. The conference unites renowned experts, emerging scholars, and innovative young researchers from around the world, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas.
This symposium, organized by Tsinghua University and the Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications (BIMSA), and co-organized by the Institute of Mathematics for Industry (IMI), Kyushu University, and the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences, Warsaw University of Technology, aims to bring together experts from various domains of singularity theory, its applications, and computational intelligence to discuss cutting-edge research developments. The conference will focus on algebraic and geometric approaches to singularity theory, including but not limited to singularities of smooth maps and differential forms, Lipschitz stratifications, symplectic singularities, local invariants, topology of singularities, Hamiltonian systems and their generalizations, and singularities in algebraic geometry. Additionally, the symposium will highlight the crucial role of mathematics in industry, computational intelligence, and nanoscale sciences, particularly nanomedicine, emphasizing mathematical modeling, simulation, and data analysis in interdisciplinary research. Featuring keynote speeches and thematic sessions, the event establishes a cross-disciplinary exchange platform to foster deeper integration between mathematical theories and computational sciences.
We propose the 7th TSIMF Conference on Computational and Mathematical Biophysics and Bioinformatics to be held at Tsinghua Sanya International Mathematics Forum (TSIMF) in the December 2025.
The topic of this conference is the application of mathematical engineering to solve complex engineering problems using mathematical methods and data-driven methods. Mathematical engineering is the art of solving engineering problems using mathematical means. Mathematical laws characterize many physical and natural phenomena. The same holds for many engineering problems.

Discrete and continuous Painlevé equations have attracted a lot of attention in recent decades, since they define (new) transcendental functions, and exhibit rich mathematical structures, in algebraic geometry, representation theory and asymptotic analysis. The higher analogues of the Painlevé equations, including the isomonodromic Garnier systems have an even richer structure, involving connections with multivariate special functions, including higher-genus Abelian functions, and multiple orthogonal polynomials and an expected higher-dimensional variant of the underlying algebraic geometry that was established for the usual Painlevé equations. The connections with integrable systems, via higher-order similarity reduction, may form a key to a further understanding of these more complicated systems, but so far the study of Garnier and higher Painlevé systems has been lagging behind.
This workshop is the second edition of the Tsinghua-Tokyo Workshop, which was started in 2024 to promote cooperation between China and Japan. The topics cover various types of partial differential equations, especially those related to mathematical physics, such as Navier-Stokes equation, nonlinear Schrödinger equation, dispersive equations, reaction-diffusion equations, nonlinear elliptic equations on the PDE side and stochastic partial differential equations, random media, statistical mechanics-type models on the Probability side. These are important topics which attract a lot of attention internationally and show a rapid progress.

As an emerging branch of algebraic topology, persistent homology integrates certain geometric features into topological invariants, thereby bridging the gap between traditional topology and geometry. Computational topology, particularly topological deep learning, holds the promise of providing potentially revolutionary approaches to scientific research.
