The Tsinghua Sanya International Mathematics Forum (TSIMF) is located in the southernmost tropical coastal city of Hainan Province, Sanya City. It is also located in the northwestern Phoenix Ridge mountains, adjacent to Sanya Phoenix International Airport. It is east of Sanya City Center, about 15 km, and west of the Ends of the Earth tourist attractions District, about 6 km. Sanya Bay seafront is nearby, only about 4.5 km.

TSIMF covers an area of 140 acres and a building area of nearly 30,000 square meters. It has a lecture hall, a variety of meeting rooms, libraries, parking lot, restaurants, playgrounds, gym, swimming pool and other amenities. Conference building has an area of 13,000 square meters, with more than 10 large and small conference rooms to meet different meeting requirements.

1、Accommodations

TSIMF has three types of accommodation: 108 standard rooms, 10 king-sized beds，36 family rooms and 2 expert apartments.Guests that stay at our on-site accommodations have three types of room options to choose from:

107 Hotel-style rooms(standard room) for 1-2 people

35 Family-style apartments for 3-4 people

2 Expert apartments for 8-10 people

Balcony,kitchen and washing machine are provided in family-style apartments and expert apartments.

2、Restaurants

TSIMF Chinese and Western restaurants include 4 private rooms for dining, which can accommodate 360 people at the same time.

It provides catering services such as team buffets, team table meals, individual meal packages, and ordering single dishes. Guests can customize the three standard meals according to your preferences.Table dining and individual dining needs can be personalized according to your requests.

3、Conference&meeting rooms

We have various conference&meeting rooms, including 9 large, medium and small meeting rooms, a large-sized lecture hall with 320 seats, medium-sized lecture halls which can accommodate 60 people,3 lecture halls for 40 persons and 2 reception rooms for 30 persons.

The conference services include the venue, air conditioning, projection, audio, computer and mineral water.

Banners, conference manuals, advertising roll-ups, etc. can be provided based on your needs.

Tea break

Tea break service is based on the conference needs for free. Generally speaking,coffee, hot water, tea and local fruits are served during tea break. We request you not to bring coffee or beverages into the conference room.

Transportation

Airplane-There is only one airport in Sanya, which is Phoenix International Airport (3.5km to TSIMF)三亚凤凰国际机场.

Trains-Sanya train station三亚站（12km to TSIMF）, Fenghuang station凤凰站(3.5km to TSIMF),we highly recommend you to take the Fenghuang station.

Car rental and car/ride-sharing service can be easily found in Sanya city(users are required to submit their ID information and a photo of their driver’s license).

Transportation for pick-up or send-off service can also be provided. However, please inform us beforehand.

Excursion

The conference team and guests can choose to visit Sanya and the surrounding scenic spots during your stay at our site but these expenses would be paid by you. Ticket, transportation information and vehicle reservation services for scenic areas can be provided upon request.

Others

There is wireless network in the rooms and in large parts of the public areas.WIFI:TSIMF-WiFi, Password:tsimf123.

Inside activities: Fitness room, ping-pong, table football, billiards.Note that scan your room card to enter.

Outside activities: basketball court, badminton court. Swimming pool (38*13 meters)

Convenient store is next to the laundry room,where you can buy local specialties out there.
