Proposal

The purpose of this workshop is to bring together the leading experts, active scholars and young researchers in Dynamic Network, Spatio-Temporal Processes, and Functional Time Series under the umbrella of Complex Time Series Analysis and Forecasting. We use the term "complex time series" to reflect the fact that the observation at each time can be a network, a space or an abstract function in general. The workshop will be a forum for the exchanges of the newest research outcomes in those areas. More significantly it will also serve as a cross-fertilization platform such as we can draw inspiration and energy from different areas/approaches. We anticipate that new cross-area collaborations will be formed during the workshop, which will lead to new and exciting research developments.
