Introduction
Department Overview
The General Administration Office undertakes daily administrative work, official document processing, human resources management, library and materials storage management, financial affairs, organizational culture development and other routine operations of the Forum Management Center. It consists of five subdivisions: Administrative Affairs Division, Human Resources Division, Finance Division, Library and Conference Service Division.
Department Responsibilities
1. The Administrative Affairs Division oversees daily office operations, regular meetings, official document circulation, publicity and corporate cultural development.
2. The Human Resources Division handles staff recruitment, contract administration, salary adjustment and employee welfare management.
3. The Finance Division manages the Center’s budget formulation, accounting settlement, cash inflow and outflow, fixed asset administration, industrial and commercial registration as well as tax compliance.
4. The Library comprises a Foreign Language Reading Room and a Chinese Reading Room, with a total construction area of 664.5 square meters. It houses approximately 10,000 books. The Foreign Language Reading Room collects 3,902 foreign-language books and 120 foreign-language journals, all specializing in mathematics. The Chinese Reading Room holds 4,809 Chinese books, including 4,460 social science titles and 349 science and technology titles. Equipped with an RFID intelligent library management system, the library supports unattended automatic book borrowing and returning services.
5. The office is responsible for pre-conference information collection and conference material preparation for all academic events; on-site technical support, guarantee, audio and video recording during conferences; and post-conference sorting, filing and archiving of all conference documents.
